Project: GCI came to me with two high priority needs:
Streamline their sales team’s quoting and follow-up system
Incorporate a more professional tone to their sales emails
I wrote an email funnel that automated the follow-ups their sales team (historically) sent manually to customers, after quoting them. This funnel is intended to stay on top of customers who have been quoted on a job, speak professionally in a way that resonates with GCI’s audience, and incentivize the prospect to place an order. Here’s what the final product looked like:
Email #1: (trigger email, sent manually by Sales team)
Email #2 (automated): First follow-up, 3 days after quote.
Email #3 (automated): Second follow-up, 10 days after Email 2.
Email #4 (automated): Last email in series, 15 days after original quote; includes incentive.
